The new hotel features delightful decor and exceptionally helpful staff, ensuring a peaceful stay with quick access to the airport, just a short walk away. Enjoyed great salmon during dinner, but the limited options on the late-night menu caused some frustration. The shuttle service was also unclear, adding unnecessary confusion during my travel. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.

The hotel’s proximity to Felipe Angeles Airport was a lifesaver for my early flight. Amenities were well-maintained, and I enjoyed peace during most of my stay.

However, the lack of clear instructions regarding the shuttle service caused confusion. I had to ask around to confirm if I was waiting for the right bus.

The hotel is new and everything felt fresh and pristine, giving it a great aesthetic. Plus, the free airport shuttle was a huge convenience, especially arriving late. I appreciated the hotel’s initiative to cater to late-night food cravings, offering flexible menu options when certain ingredients were unavailable. A minor issue was the lack of extra amenities, like more complimentary bottles of water or little snacks with the coffee setup. It felt a bit sparse for two guests. Overall, the quality and cleanliness made the stay enjoyable, but a few additional touches would elevate the experience.

The hotel itself is really nice. We enjoyed how calm it was, perfect for a little getaway from everything! The staff were super helpful and friendly. We were amazed at how close it was to the airport, just a short walk!
